Terra Running Company partners with ChronoTrack to bring the leading timing platform to SE Tennessee. ChronoTrack is used by 25 of the 30 largest endurance events in the US. With ChronoTrack, we offer an integrated registration, timing, and results management system alongside state of the art RFID timing equipment. This provides cutting edge options like real-time race updates via twitter, text message, and online using ChronoTrack Live.

Terra Running Company provides timing and event support to clients including Lee University, The City of Cleveland, Chick Fil A, Junior Achievement, and dozens of others. We also own and produce the Cleveland Half Marathon, Tall Betsy 6k, Cleveland Thanksgiving Day 5k, Bear Claw Trail Race, and the Terra Trail Half Marathon and Half-Half. Additionally, we have an RRCA Certified Race Director on staff.

Registration Management
We can consolidate preregistration and race-day registration into one easy-to-use, seamless platform. Long gone are the days of manual participant data entry. Racers register for the race using ChronoTrack Live's fully customizable registration page and their information is automatically populated to the timing and scoring program. On-site paperless registration and optional race day dynamic bib assignment improves the athlete's race day experience and eliminates the stress late registration usually causes. This integration also eliminates many issues with age and gender questions because the registrants are entering their own information directly. We can also customize your registration to include donations, add-on items, or tickets to connected events like a fundraising dinner or festival.
Chip Timing Isn't Just for the Big Guys!
Whether your race has 75 participants or thousands of participants, chip timing can provide a professional, seamless service to the participants that will WOW them! Terra Running Co. Timing Services provides either ChronoTrack B-Tags (on the race bib) or D-Tags (on the shoe) for runners to be tracked throughout the race. Age group and overall results are provided to the race organizer in a more timely manner with chip timing, so the awards and festivities can go off without delay.
Live Race Updates with Chronotrack Live
Chronotrack Live services can provide live race updates as the participant runs! Runners can set up live updates to post on their social media pages, and family and friends can sign up to track their participant via SMS updates or social media posts. The buzz around your event will grow with each update and post!
