Q: First things first! Can you introduce yourself and your organization to our readers?
A: David Casteel, agent with State Farm in Soddy-Daisy, TN
Q: Terra Running is excited to be part of your race this fall! How long has the race been going on?
A: This is our inaugural year!
Q: What is the course like?
A: Mainly a flat route with some small rolling hills that bends through a quiet neighborhood of Soddy-Daisy.
Q: What does the race raise money for?
A: The Soddy-Daisy High School Track & Cross Country Team.
Q: What do runners and walkers get for participating in the race?
A: The first 50 people to register for the race will get a free “The Trojan 5k” t-shirt.
Q: What is something unique about your race you would like people to know?
A: This 5k lets our local running community directly support our young student-athlete runners.
Q: What was the idea behind the race?
A: To bring our community and local runners together to raise funds for our student-athletes while giving people a chance to run, walk, or cheer!
Q: When is packet pickup?
A: October 1st and 2nd.

A: We’re excited to see the community show up for this hometown event—come out, be part of the spirit, and help support the Trojans as they race toward their goals! #GoTrojans
